Howard Dawson – Chairman

Mr Howard Dawson has over 30 years of significant experience in both technical and corporate roles.   He had an 11 year successful career as a geologist with BHP Minerals Limited before entering the securities industry as a research analyst in 1987. Over the subsequent years he was involved in the securities industry which involved research, corporate advisory and business development.  He has also had several managerial positions and Directorships for firms including Hartley Poynton, McIntosh Securities, Merrill Lynch and ABN AMRO Morgan’s Limited. Howard has served in various non-executive chairman and directorship roles for companies including migme Limited, Tangiers Petroleum, Nevada Iron and Uranium King Limited. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Discovery Capital Limited, an unlisted investment company and specialises in accessing and structuring project and investment opportunities across a wide range of industries.

Graham Riley – Non-Executive Director

Mr Graham Riley is a qualified legal practitioner with significant experience in the resources sector, particularly in oil and gas exploration and production.  He was a foundation Director of ARC Energy Limited and a former Non-Executive Director of Adelphi Energy Limited prior to its takeover in 2010.  Mr Riley was also Chairman of Red Hill Limited and Giralia Resources NL, where prior to their takeovers he oversaw the spin out of numerous independently listed commodity-specific explorers.  He was also Chairman of Buru Energy Limited.  He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Gascoyne Resources Limited.

Kim Parsons – Non-Executive Director

Ms Kim Parsons has over 30 years of experience in the upstream US Rocky Mountain region as well as internationally as Manager of Bridge Resources, Geological Manager of Venoco’s Sacramento Basin Project and various technical positions with Gulf Indonesia and Exxon.  Kim has been instrumental in a number of significant commercial oil and gas discoveries throughout her career including the appraisal and early development of unconventional plays in the US.  Ms Parsons first joined Entek in June 2013 as US Regional Manager.   Kim has a Master’s degree in Geophysics from Stanford, a BS in geology from Texas A&M and an MBA from Colorado State University.
