This low risk strategy has proven itself over the past two years in that the Company has:

Compiled a portfolio of acreage with solid low risk prospects ready for drilling; and |

Established a solid cash flow which will continue to rise through to end 2007 and beyond to provide significant revenue to support the Company’s growth plans. |
The Company has an accelerated low-risk growth plan
with the objective of growing its revenue and reserve base
utilising proven strategy in the Gulf of Mexico
shallow outer continental shelf waters.
